NAC704.8779. Proposed contract for purchase of capacity or energy: Consistency with plan to increase supply of or decrease demand for electricity.

The Commission shall not approve a proposed contract for the purchase of capacity or power pursuant to NRS 704.310 unless the provisions of the contract are consistent with the plan accepted pursuant to the provisions of NAC 704.9005 to 704.9525, inclusive.
