NAC704.8873. Authority of Commission to require provision of certain information.

The Commission may, at any time, require a provider or an owner or operator of a portfolio energy system or efficiency measure providing electricity or portfolio energy credits to a provider pursuant to a contract to provide the Commission with any information that the Commission determines is necessary to monitor or enforce compliance with the provisions of NAC 704.8831 to 704.8899, inclusive.
