  • “Coal-fired electric generating capacity” means the planning capacity of a coal-fired electric generating plant or coal-fired electric generating unit as depicted in the loads and resources table that was included in the most recent resource plan filed by an electric utility that primarily serves densely populated counties and accepted by the Commission pursuant to NRS 704.751 before June 11, 2013.
