NAC704.9395. Resource plan: Information on financial and economic characteristics of planned facilities.
- A utility’s resource plan must contain information on the financial and economic characteristics of planned facilities. The information must include:
1. The estimated costs of construction, including:
(a) Annual flows of expenditures with allowance for money expended during construction; and
(b) Annual flows of expenditures without allowance for money expended during construction;
2. The estimated costs of operation, including:
(a) Variable costs per kilowatt-hour, with expenses for fuel and other items indicated separately; and
(b) Fixed costs per kilowatt-hour;
3. Net environmental costs and net economic benefits to the State;
4. The rates of escalation of cost, including:
(a) Capital costs;
(b) Variable fuel costs;
(c) Nonfuel operating costs;
(d) Environmental costs; and
(e) Fixed operating costs; and
5. The average cost per kilowatt-hour at projected loads in current dollars for each year of the plan for each existing and planned facility.
