An operator of a vehicle that is registered pursuant to NRS 706.801 to 706.861, inclusive, may be required by the Department to pay all fees owed to the Department pursuant to NRS 706.801 to 706.861, inclusive, by cash, cashier’s check, money order or traveler’s check.
