NAC706.329. Prohibited acts.

  • Any person, whether a carrier who is subject to the provisions of NAC 706.302 to 706.335, inclusive, or a broker, shipper or consignee, or any officer, employee, agent or representative thereof, who knowingly offers, grants, gives, solicits, accepts or receives any rebate, concession or discrimination in violation of any provision of NAC 706.302 to 706.335, inclusive, or who, by means of any false statement or representation, or by the use of any false or fictitious bill, bill of lading, receipt, voucher, roll, account, claim, certificate, affidavit, deposition, lease or bill of sale or by any other means or device knowingly and willfully or otherwise fraudulently seeks to evade or defeat the provisions of NAC 706.302 to 706.335, inclusive, will be prosecuted under existing statutes.
