NAC706.400. Hearings: Briefs.

Latest version.

In a hearing, the presiding officer may order briefs to be filed within a reasonable time. The original and such copies of each brief as requested by the presiding officer, but not to exceed 10 copies, must:

     1. Be filed with the Authority;

     2. Contain all legal authority cited therein as exhibits; and

     3. Be accompanied by an acknowledgment of or an affidavit showing service on each party of record.
