NAC706.4003. Hearings: Reopening proceedings to receive additional evidence.

At any time after the conclusion of a hearing and before the issuance of a final order, the Authority or presiding officer, on the Authority’s or presiding officer’s own motion, may reopen the proceedings for the taking of additional evidence.
