NAC706.4006. Hearings: Copies of transcripts.

Latest version.

Any party may obtain a copy of the transcript of a hearing before the Authority from the official reporter upon payment of the fees fixed therefor. Each transcript must include an index of each exhibit presented at the hearing and copies of each exhibit. The original and two copies of each transcript must be provided to the Authority by the initiating party within 15 business days after the close of the hearing unless otherwise ordered by the presiding officer.
