NAC706.4026. “Tow at the request of a law enforcement agency” defined.

Latest version.

“Tow at the request of a law enforcement agency” means the towing of a vehicle that is:

     1. Impounded after an arrest;

     2. Impounded after a traffic accident;

     3. Impounded because the vehicle has been abandoned; or

     4. A nonconsensual tow requested by a law enforcement agency.
