NAC706.4273. Authority to tow vehicles from private property: Sources.

The operator of a tow car shall not commence the towing of a vehicle from real property without the consent of the owner of the vehicle, an authorized agent of the owner or a law enforcement officer unless the operator of a tow car has first obtained:

1. A specific request for towing which complies with the requirements of NAC 706.4275; or

2. A written authorization which complies with the requirements of NAC 706.4277.
