NAC706.476. Certificate holders: Notification of Administrator of complaint concerning driver.

If a certificate holder receives a complaint concerning a driver that alleges a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or chapter 706 of NRS, the certificate holder shall notify the Administrator of the complaint not later than 2 working days after receiving the complaint.
