NAC706.550. Drivers: Provision of receipt to passenger.

Latest version.

At the end of each trip, the driver shall, upon request, provide his or her passenger with a receipt that includes:

     1. The amount of the fare as indicated on the taximeter;

     2. The name of the certificate holder who owns the vehicle in which the passenger was transported; and

     3. The permit number of the driver.
