NAC706.553. Issuance of referral for employment.

A certificate holder shall not issue a referral for employment to an applicant until the applicant has provided the certificate holder with a copy of the physician’s certificate required by NRS 706.8842 or a waiver as prescribed by 49 C.F.R. 391.41 et seq., and proof that the applicant is lawfully entitled to remain and work in the United States.
