NAC706.984. Draft of opinion or order by Administrator.

After the Authority determines that an issue concerning the applicability of a statute, regulation or decision should be addressed, the presiding officer shall direct the Administrator to write an order or opinion. Within 30 days thereafter, the Administrator shall:

     1. Review comments by all members of the Authority on the issue;

     2. Research the issue and, if necessary, seek the assistance of the Attorney General; and

     3. Submit a draft of the order or the opinion to the Authority for its approval.
