NAC720.195. Severability of provisions.

Latest version.

The provisions of this chapter are hereby declared to be severable. If any of the provisions of this chapter is held invalid, or if the application of any of those provisions to any person, thing or circumstance is held invalid, that invalidity does not affect any other provision of this chapter that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.
