NAC90.025. “Assistant sales representative” defined.

Latest version.

“Assistant sales representative” includes a natural person who is employed or under contract with a broker-dealer and accepts unsolicited customer orders for submission for execution by the broker-dealer. The term does not include a broker-dealer or sales representative.
