To renew a certificate of competency, a special inspector must, on or before September 1, submit to the Enforcement Section:

     1. An application on a form prescribed by the Enforcement Section;

     2. The fee for renewal of a certificate of competency set forth in NAC 455C.450; and

     3. The statement required by NAC 455C.474.
