NAC446.9472. Display and service of baked goods.

Baked goods served at a portable unit for service of food, including, but not limited to, pastries, cookies and donuts, must be displayed under a cover or in a display case that has been approved by the health authority. The person in charge at the portable unit shall serve the baked goods using tongs or other devices that minimize or eliminate human contact with the baked goods.
