NAC459.3715. Submission of written reports after planned special exposures.

Each licensee and registrant shall submit a written report to the Division within 30 days following any planned special exposure conducted in accordance with NAC 459.329 informing the Division that a planned special exposure was conducted, and including the date the planned special exposure occurred and the information required by NAC 459.3655.
