The Board hereby adopts by reference as its code of ethics the Code of Ethics of the Hearing Aid Industry, prepared by the International Hearing Society, adopted October 1983 and revised October 1998. Copies of the code may be obtained from the Society at 16880 Middlebelt Road, Suite 4, Livonia, Michigan 48154, or from the Board free of charge. Each licensee will be furnished a copy of the code by the Board and shall govern his or her conduct in accordance with its provisions.
