NAC637A.181. “Conduct which is harmful to the public or any conduct detrimental to the public health or safety” interpreted.

For the purposes of NRS 637A.250, the Board will consider as “conduct which is harmful to the public or any conduct detrimental to the public health or safety” any of the following acts:

     1. A violation of any provision of this chapter.

     2. A violation of the Code of Ethics of the Hearing Aid Industry adopted by reference pursuant to NAC 637A.185.

     3. The failure of a manufacturer to comply with the provisions set forth in NRS 597.264 to 597.2667, inclusive.
