NAC640A.205. Adoption by reference of code of ethics and standards of practice.

     1. The Board hereby adopts by reference:

     (a) The Occupational Therapy Code of Ethics approved by the representative assembly of the American Occupational Therapy Association or its successor organization; and

     (b) The Standards of Practice for Occupational Therapy approved by the representative assembly of the American Occupational Therapy Association or its successor organization.

     2. A copy of the Occupational Therapy Code of Ethics or the Standards of Practice for Occupational Therapy may be obtained, free of charge, from the Board by written request.
