NAC119A.130. Project broker: Duties, refund and transfer of employees upon termination of license.

  • If the project broker fails to renew his or her license or it is cancelled, suspended or revoked, the project broker shall notify all broker-salespersons, salespersons and sales agents in his or her employ and deliver the license to the Division with the licenses of his or her employees. The employees may, upon proper application and payment of the required fee, transfer to the employ of another project broker within 30 days without need to submit current fingerprint cards. The Division will not make a refund when a license is cancelled, suspended, revoked or otherwise terminated.
