NAC119A.135. Failure of sales agent to surrender license: Affidavit showing loss, destruction or theft.

If a sales agent is required to surrender his or her license and does not, the sales agent shall file an affidavit with the Division showing that the license has been lost, destroyed or stolen. The affidavit must contain the licensee’s promise to return the license if it is recovered.
