NAC284.474. Employee entitled to copy of report.

Each employee must be given a copy of the report prepared by the supervisor measuring the employee’s performance and development on the job. The report will not become official until signed by the rater. If requested, a copy must be provided to the employee at the time of the discussion between the supervisor and the employee. After the processing has been completed, a copy with all appropriate signatures will be provided the employee.
