NAC286.300. Notice of physical examination costing more than $200.

Latest version.

1. A retired employee with a disability and his or her physician must notify the Executive Officer in advance of any medical examination which will cost more than $200.

2. If the Executive Officer does not approve the examination, the System will not pay for it.
