NAC293.456. Duties of county clerk.

Each county clerk shall:

1. Electronically enter into the computerized database established pursuant to NAC 293.454 all information relating to voter registration obtained by the county clerk at the time the information is provided to the county clerk; and

2. For each person who is described in subsection 2 of NRS 293.2725, indicate such fact in the statewide voter registration list in the form prescribed by the Secretary of State.
