NAC293C.190. Delivery of absent ballot by mail.

When a city clerk sends a voter an absent ballot pursuant to NRS 293C.322, the city clerk shall use an envelope that may not be forwarded to an address of the voter that is different from the address to which the absent ballot is mailed.
