NAC349.320. Certification by State Engineer.

Latest version.

Except for an application filed by a municipal obligor, the State Engineer shall certify to the Board and the Director that an application and preliminary plans are complete and that the project meets the criteria set forth in NAC 349.200 and 349.205.
