NAC407.133. Recreational equipment of nonpersonal nature.

A person may not bring recreational equipment of a nonpersonal nature into a park, including, without limitation, an inflatable floating trampoline or other trampoline, a stationary floating platform, a dunk tank, a climbing wall or a bounce house, without the approval of the supervisor of the park or the supervisor’s designee.
