NAC424.478. Notice of request to remove child from family foster home.

A provider of family foster care shall provide the agency responsible for a foster child with at least 10 working days’ notice of any request by the provider for the removal of the child from the family foster home unless:

1. The provider has a written agreement with the agency which provides child welfare services to the contrary; or

2. There is an immediate and unanticipated danger to the foster child or another person if the child is not removed before that notice can be given.
