NAC424.695. Plan of treatment: Preparation and submission.

A group foster home shall prepare a comprehensive plan of treatment for each child and submit it to the agency placing the child in the home within 30 days after placement. The plan must be worked out jointly with the child, the child’s caseworker and natural parents, and any other appropriate persons. The plan must address projected planning for the child’s return home or to an alternative placement in the community.
