NAC444.6419. Permit to operate disposal site: Response by solid waste management authority to written comments concerning proposed issuance or denial of permit; publication of written comments.

The solid waste management authority shall issue a statement responding to the written comments on the proposed issuance or denial of a permit to operate a disposal site which are received during the period for public review. A copy of the statement must be sent to the applicant, the person who submitted the written comments, if different from the applicant, and all other persons who specifically request, in writing, a copy of the statement. A copy of the statement must be made available for inspection by the general public at a location specified by the solid waste management authority.
