The Director may authorize by an individual or general permit a Class V well to have requirements less stringent for its area of review, technical requirements for its construction, mechanical integrity, operation, monitoring and reporting than the requirements prescribed by NAC 445A.810 to 445A.925, inclusive, if the reduction in requirements does not result in an increased risk of movement of fluids from the zone for injection.
