NAC445A.894. General permits: Requiring holder to obtain individual permit; petition for exclusion.

The Director may require any person authorized to inject by a general permit to apply for and obtain an individual permit. If an individual permit is issued to a person holding a general permit, the general permit is automatically terminated on the effective date of the individual permit. If the holder of a general permit is required to obtain an individual permit, the holder must obtain that individual permit in accordance with the procedures set forth in NAC 445A.269. An interested person or a holder of a general permit may apply for a petition for exclusion from the general permit pursuant to NAC 445A.270.
