NAC445B.103. “Monitoring device” defined.

“Monitoring device” means the total equipment used to measure and record emissions and process parameters which is required pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 7401 to 7671q, inclusive, or NAC 445B.001 to 445B.603, inclusive, or as a condition of an operating permit.
