The holder of a Class IV operating permit shall submit any reports required by NAC 445B.001 to 445B.3689, inclusive, and any other reports deemed necessary by the Director to the Director in accordance with the reporting provisions required by the applicable sections of 40 C.F.R. Part 63, as adopted by reference in NAC 445B.221.
