NAC446.214. Return to work of food handler infected with hepatitis A virus.

Latest version.

The health authority shall allow a food handler who was infected with hepatitis A virus to return to work in a food establishment if:

1. Symptoms cease; or

2. At least two blood tests indicate a decrease in liver enzymes.
