NAC459.024. “Calendar quarter” defined.

Latest version.

“Calendar quarter” means not less than 12 consecutive weeks nor more than 14 consecutive weeks. The first calendar quarter of each year begins in January. Subsequent calendar quarters are arranged so that no day is included in more than 1 calendar quarter and no day in any 1 year is omitted from inclusion within a calendar quarter.
