  • “Electronic brachytherapy” means a method of radiation therapy that uses X-rays which are electronically generated to deliver a radiation dose at a distance of up to a few centimeters by intracavitary, intraluminal or interstitial application or by an application with the source in contact with, or very close to, the body surface.
