NAC459.040. “Healing arts” defined.

“Healing arts” means any system, treatment, operation, diagnosis, prescription or practice for the diagnosis, cure, relief, palliation, adjustment or correction of any human disease, ailment, deformity, injury, or unhealthy or abnormal physical or mental condition.
