NAC459.1148. “Waste processor” defined.

Latest version.

“Waste processor” means an entity that operates pursuant to a license issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission or an agreement state whose principal purpose is to process, repackage or otherwise treat low-level radioactive material or waste generated by others before the waste is transferred to a licensed land disposal facility.
