Where necessary or desirable in order to aid in determining the extent of a person’s exposure to concentrations of radioactive material, the Division may incorporate license provisions or issue an order requiring a licensee or registrant to make available to the person appropriate bioassay services and to furnish a copy of the reports of those services to the Division.
