NAC459.953461. Contents of application for permit to construct: Information concerning inspectors for construction of process pipes, concrete foundations and structural steel.

     1. An applicant for a permit to construct must include in the application information concerning the inspectors for the construction of process pipes, concrete foundations and structural steel if these activities are to be permitted pursuant to NAC 459.953467.

     2. The information concerning the inspectors must identify:

     (a) Each inspector to be employed by the applicant;

     (b) The scope of the inspection services to be provided by each inspector, including, without limitation, the types of observations and tests to be used; and

     (c) The qualifications of each inspector that will enable the inspector to perform the inspection. If the inspector is required to be certified or hold other specific credentials to perform his or her duties, the applicant must include a copy of the required certifications or credentials.
