The Commission hereby adopts by reference the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Conference-Constitution, Bylaws, and Standards, EPA 600/R-98/151, in the form most recently published by the Environmental Protection Agency, unless the Commission gives notice pursuant to the provisions of NAC 459.9699 that the most recent publication is not suitable for this State.
