“Alternative fuel vehicle” means:

     1. A bi-fueled motor vehicle, as defined in NRS 486A.040;

     2. A dedicated alternative fuel motor vehicle, as defined in NRS 486A.060; or

     3. A flexible fueled vehicle, as defined in NRS 486A.090.
