NAC488.430. Applicability of certain federal laws and regulations to waters within boundaries of this State.

Latest version.

Any federal law or regulation relating to inland navigation which is applicable to the navigable waters within the boundaries of this State is hereby made to also apply to all other waters within the boundaries of this State.
