NAC584.2855. Prohibited transactions involving lactating hoofed mammals.

A person shall not engage in a transaction involving the barter of, sale of shares or interest in, or rental of, a hoofed mammal that is lactating in exchange for any consideration if the transaction is intended to result in the transfer or delivery of raw milk or a product made from it in violation of this chapter or chapter 584 of NRS.
