NAC610.464. Appeal from dismissal of apprentice: Limitation upon voting on decision.

A member of a body which is conducting a hearing on the cancellation of an agreement of apprenticeship and the dismissal of an apprentice shall not cast a vote on the matter if he or she did not hear the evidence in the case.
